You will travel in a private 4x4 safari vehicle with a professional driver-guide and stay at carefully selected luxury accommodations.

After breakfast, depart from Arusha for Tarangire National Park. The journey takes you through Maasai country and picturesque rural landscapes before arriving at the park for a full-day game drive.

Tarangire is famous for its ancient baobab trees, large elephant herds, and the Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife throughout the year. During your game drive, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, warthogs, lions, leopards, and many bird species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing with afternoon wildlife viewing. Later, drive to Karatu, where you can relax and enjoy dinner at your luxury lodge.

After an early breakfast, depart from Karatu and travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the Central Serengeti. The drive offers scenic views of the Ngorongoro highlands before opening onto the seemingly endless Serengeti plains.

Enjoy game viewing along the way, searching for wildlife as you travel through one of Africa’s most famous ecosystems. You may encounter zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, giraffes, elephants, hyenas, and predators before reaching the heart of the park.

Arrive in Central Serengeti, also known as Seronera, and enjoy an afternoon game drive. This area is particularly well known for its resident wildlife and excellent year-round opportunities to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, and other predators.

After an early breakfast, leave Central Serengeti and travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive on the floor of this spectacular volcanic caldera.

The crater is one of the best places in Tanzania to see a high concentration of wildlife in a single day. Look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, jackals, and, with luck, the endangered black rhinoceros. The crater’s wetlands and lakes also attract flamingos and other birdlife.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before ascending from the crater and continuing to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a final game drive. The park is set beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment and offers a beautiful mix of groundwater forest, open grassland, acacia woodland, and lakeshore scenery.

Look out for elephants, baboons, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, impalas, and a wide range of birdlife. Lake Manyara is also famous for its tree-climbing lions, although sightings are not guaranteed.

After a picnic lunch and final wildlife viewing, transfer to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
