Design Your Journey

Tell us your
vision.

No two Kisangara safaris are alike. Every itinerary is designed from scratch around the specific people making the journey — their interests, their pace, their idea of what a perfect day in the bush looks like. The form below starts that conversation.

We respond to every enquiry with a personalised reply — not an automated email. A specialist reads your enquiry, considers the best options for your dates and requirements, and writes back with a relevant, specific response. Most guests receive their first itinerary proposal within two to three working days of the initial conversation.

There is no fee for the consultation and no obligation to proceed. You are under no pressure to commit to anything until you have seen a full itinerary proposal, understood the costing, and spoken with our team. Many guests take two to four weeks of back-and-forth before booking. We are comfortable with that process.

What Happens Next

After you send your enquiry

Day 1

A specialist reads your enquiry and sends a personalised acknowledgement. If clarification is needed, we ask one or two specific questions.

Day 2–3

We send a draft itinerary with day-by-day detail, accommodation options, and transparent pricing. No hidden fees.

Week 1–2

We refine the itinerary together — as many revisions as needed — until it is exactly what you want. Then we confirm your booking.

Why Enquire Directly

The value of a
direct conversation.

Expertise

Ground-level knowledge

Our specialists have personally visited every camp and lodge we recommend. They were in the bush recently — some last week. When they suggest a camp, it is because they have slept there, eaten the food, and assessed the guiding. No online booking platform can offer this.

Personalisation

Built around you

A tailor-made itinerary reflects your pace, your interests, your special occasions, and your idea of a perfect day. A family safari with children aged eight and twelve is fundamentally different from a photography expedition for two. We design for the specific people, not for a generic category.

Transparency

Clear pricing, no surprises

Every cost is itemised in our proposals. You see exactly what you are paying for — guide fees, park fees, accommodation costs, vehicle costs, internal flights. Nothing is bundled invisibly. If there is a cheaper option that delivers the same experience, we will tell you. Our business depends on repeat visits and referrals, not single transactions.

What to Include in Your Enquiry

The more you share,
the better we design.

Essential

Travel Dates

Even approximate dates help — "July 2026" is enough to start. We check lodge availability, identify the wildlife events occurring during your window, and design an itinerary that maximises what can be seen and done in your specific dates. Flexible dates give us more options.

Essential

Group Composition

Who is travelling — adults, children, ages of children. Children under seven have restricted access to some camps and parks; we need to know this to propose appropriate accommodation. Group size affects vehicle allocation and camp selection. Solo travellers have specific pricing considerations we are transparent about upfront.

Helpful

Budget Range

Tanzania safari pricing spans a wide range — from mid-range lodge circuits at $400–600 per person per day to ultra-luxury mobile camps at $2,000+. Knowing your approximate range allows us to propose the best value within your parameters without wasting your time on options that are not viable. All prices include full board, activities, and park fees.

Helpful

Previous Experience

If you have been on safari before, knowing where you went and what you saw — and what you wished you had seen — helps us design something genuinely new. If this is your first safari, knowing that allows us to include the essential experiences and explain what to expect from the environment and the wildlife encounters.

Frequently Asked

Questions about
enquiring.

Is there a fee for the consultation?
No. The initial consultation, itinerary proposal, and all subsequent revisions are provided at no cost and with no obligation. We invest this time because we believe that a well-designed proposal speaks for itself. If you choose to book with us, the consultation fee is effectively zero — it is built into the relationship, not itemised. We only earn when you travel with us, which means our incentive is to design something you genuinely want to do.
How long does it take to receive a proposal?
Two to three working days from the initial conversation. We do not send proposals until we have enough information to make them relevant and specific. A rushed proposal is not useful to anyone. If your timeline is urgent — for example, you are travelling in six weeks — please tell us and we will prioritise your request.
Can I book entirely by email without a phone call?
Yes. Many of our guests prefer to manage the entire booking process by email. We are comfortable with this and will match your communication preference. That said, a fifteen-minute phone or video call at some point in the process typically resolves questions more efficiently than an email thread and often surfaces preferences that are difficult to articulate in writing. Both approaches work.
